Shipping Policy

Shipping policy:

We ship all our products worldwide. Shipping is free across India. If you wish to ship to other countries please contact us at Shipping charges are additional for all international orders.
Our shipping partners are DTDC, India Post and FedEx. We can’t ship the orders to P.O.Box address. So, we request you to provide complete address with pin code.
We ship all our products from Mangalagiri, Andhra Pradesh.

Delivery Time:
We ship all orders by fastest possible courier services and they normally deliver within 3-10 business/working days across India (But in very rear cases, there will be some unexpected delays caused by courier services which are not under our control). For other countries the shipping time varies based on the country.

Tracking Details:
We will send you an email regarding the shipment of your order, as soon as the items are handed over to the Courier. These alert emails will contain the tracking number and courier companies website details. Tracking numbers for orders shipped might take 24-48 business hours to become active on the courier websites.

Address Change Requests:
Once an order is registered, you cannot make any alterations. However, address change requests may be accommodated within 1-2 hours of placing the order. You need to send us an email at

Time to ship mentioned on our website against each item are indicative and approximate only. In rare cases, delay in shipping may occur due to situations beyond our control and we are not responsible for the shipping delays.

VAT & Custom Duties Charges:
Customers are responsible for any VAT/ customs or duty fees levied by their country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict where they will occur, as policies vary greatly from nation to nation.
They are entirely your responsibility. The courier company may also charge some additional service charges over and above custom duty on case to case basis.
